It's not 100% perfect all the time for gear upgrade recommendations, but it's pretty close.

On the Fury tab, input your name and realm into the fields above, click on the old "import from armory" button, wait for it to yell at you about your tanking glyph, and then it shows your gear.

Click on the green button "calculate SEP"

click on the "lookup tab" at the bottom, click on the green "Sort all items" button

Find your current gear and look at what pieces are ugprades and whatnot.

Very handy tool.

lol . and if you missed it in chat- replace yer gem in your neck with a 10exp/10hit. 46 more dps for ya and 10 closer to exp cap!
